It is important that workers rights are upheld and I am glad to hear that the RMT member’s have now reached a settlement with Network Rail.
I was also glad to hear about the striking off of a company director who – according to Norwich Employment Tribunal – withheld some workers wages.
If people are expected to perform to high standards, they themselves must also be treated with the same high standards.
