Crossrail has just been awarded two new lucrative tunnelling contracts for construction in London and is currently building a Tunnelling and Underground Construction Academy.

The work on the tunnels is being heralded as Europe’s largest construction project, and will require an adequately large workforce.

Good news on available work is hard to find these days, and a company providing employment for 14,000 people certainly qualifies as good news.
