So, Crossrail’s rolling stock will be delivered by Alstom, Siemens, Hitachi, Bombardier or CAF.
No big surprise there surely, considering that list reads like a roll-call of Europe’s top remaining rolling stock manufacturers.
We won’t know who’s actually going to get the contract for another two or three years, by which time more of the Crossrail infrastructure below and either side of London will be taking shape.
