Ahead of the October Spending Review things are starting to look good – the transport secretary seems supportive of a number of key transport projects and protective over spending.
The coalition government has already saved a number of key rail transport projects, so let’s just hope this momentum is sustained and not ruined by lack of co-operation from within the industry.
Everything has to change and change for the better – there is no point fighting progress.
