I am rather concerned about the news that National Express has been granted an extension to their East Anglia operation.
Whilst I would recognise that the company does perform
well in some areas, I believe that they should face a proper punishment for their failure on the East Coast Mainline.
This means sticking to the punishments which were originally meted out.
Otherwise, like a naughty child, they will not learn their lesson!
