I felt sorry for all of the staff at London Underground this week – due a number of faults they had to deal with rather embarrassing incidents.
However I am not sure that I agree with Bob Crow that the system is in ‘melt down’ – this is a mechanical system and so it will inevitably break down at some point.
We just have to be patient sometimes.
