Network Rail have claimed that rail is the most resilient form
of transport (as long as its not too sunny, snowing or there are leaves on the track, according to the their list of excuses for delays).
The non-for-profit company then took things a step further
by claiming responsibility for rail reliability, citing ‘innovation’.
However I was impressed that they managed to keep a high number of trains running throughout the last winter.
And at least rail is volcano proof!
