Something has to be done about cable thieves who are costing the rail industry millions of pounds every year.
Surely we need to begin to consider the possibility of using cables which are made out of something which the tea leaves can’t get a good price for?
Whilst I know that fibre optic cables are already in use, I would like to know why they can’t be rolled out further.
