We all have to realise that change is just part of life – and no amount of moaning is going to change that.
This means that those with rail jobs will have to get used to new working practices and realise that they have not been dreamt up to annoy them, but to make the railway work more efficiently.
Those who oppose this change are opposing the evolution of Britain’s railways and need to be viewed as such.
