I fail to see what the Tube strikes are going to achieve -
apart from turning more people away from the railways
and costing the economy millions.
You see, the decision seems to have already been made
and just like the 1500 maintenance jobs ear marked to go at Network Rail, all of this fuss is unlikely to actually achieve anything accept drawing more publicity to the RMT and the other unions involved. In fact only this morning, another has thrown its ten pence in.
So whilst their memberships are booming, the country suffers.
