I suppose for the next months we are going to have to get used to the sight and sound of politicians trying to score points off each other, as they all desperately try to divert attention away from their own failings in regards to rail.
Today I heard that Alistair Darling has been giving the SNP a hard time over cancelling the Glasgow Airport Rail Link; however is it not his government which is failing to stop Network Rail from having to loose a great number of its
staff?
He seemed to forget that part.
Labour may have a lot of hype and a good man in the shape of Lord Adonis, but they are have just as much to answer
for in regards the mismanagement of the railways as anybody else.
Its only a pity that Lord Adonis might not be in position of power for very much longer.
