It is now exactly three weeks until the election and the politicians’ promises to those with jobs in rail are coming in thick and fast.
However, it will be the coming months which show exactly what is in store for the rail industry, as the new government desperately tries to do something about the country’s unfortunate economic position.
All three main parties have made huge promises about they will improve the rail network, but whether they deliver on those is yet to be seen.
Also full marks to the monkey who managed to evade
capture after causing chaos to the northern rail network … even though he caused some trouble for rail services, I would prefer him to the RMT any day of the week.
