It is always good to see other countries expanding their rail networks.
This week the fair city of Dublin has begun a procurement process to build its very own metro network, linking one end of the city with the other.
This could be good news for rail jobs in Britain as Ireland is part of the European Union, our rail job workers can work over there with relative ease.
This means that even when infrastructure projects have dried up in Britain, our rail job workers can work elsewhere
in Europe.
This is something the Eurosceptics tend to forget.
