Like most other people who are concerned about the way Britain is run, I am looking forward to the election being over.
The weeks and months leading up to the election are generally filled with a great deal of talk but zero action, as politicians nervously await the election result.
It pains me to tell you that this year we may have to wait a little longer than usual for a new government to take hold of power, due to new regulations which have been brought in recently to deal with a hung parliament.
This means that we all have to wait longer for the government to ‘pull its finger out’ and do something. However, I suppose after waiting thirteen years for something to happen, we can afford to wait a little longer…
