Here we go again.
Just as we thought that 2009 was the year for industrial action, the unions are yet again try to flex their muscles in an effort to beat train operating companies into retreat, with one group of TSSA members upset about ticket machines
However, I think it is ironic that a group of people who want people to stop using ticket machines and use the ticket desk are themselves forcing people to use ticket machines, instead of giving them personal service.
Does no one else see this as being a little strange?
