Whether working in a job in rail or not, the only person who
is going to make your life better is you.
That means working harder in your rail job to achieve better pay and conditions, not relying on your employers to continually raise your pay, without a reason.
It seems to me that people are far too willing to sit back and demand better conditions for themselves without wanting to put in additional effort.
This will get them and the rest of the country absolutely nowhere.
